Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Our team investigated the issue and perhaps there are some issues with proper linking of your site and account in our servers. They want to run a process which updates database and fixes this linking. Can you please take a fresh backup of site and database and let me know if we can proceed with it? |

Good morning, The translation of the new language and the connected site seem to be fixed, but there is another problem now. For that menu page, all existing translations were already translated with the classic translation editor and completed, showing the pencil icon. Now they all show the 'update icon'. If I click that, it brings me to the ATE, while the setting "Editor for translations previously created using Classic Translation Editor" is set to "Classic Translation Editor (recommended)". It cannot be that all existing translations made by a professional translation agency are lost. They need to stay in keep using the classic translation editor as is configured. Thanks |

Thank you for your patience and cooperation, the editor issue is fixed and existing translations are complete now. During the previous process, team checked to ensure the fix and that perhaps caused it to open in ATE. However, I temporarily turned on CTE for new translations, opened the existing translations in CTE for the menu page, completed the translations and have restored the setting as previous. Please check and confirm. |

Thanks but it's not completly fixed. I made a minor change to the Dutch menu page. I changed the name of a Divi section that is not displayed on the front end. I went to the pages list and it still showed the pencils. I clicked on the English one to edit the English translations and it sent me to the ATE again instead of the CTE. So for some reason, the setting "Editor for translations previously created using Classic Translation Editor" doesn't work anymore for this page/site. |

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I was able to observe the issue and it happened as you mentioned. I then tried some troubleshooting options and repeated the steps (i.e. made a little change in menu page and then updated translations) and it seems to work fine now. I then removed that change from menu page and updated translations again which also went fine. Please check and confirm, thanks. |

Thank you for the video, I can see the problem. I checked by editing in the backend but you tried from the frontend builder. However, in any case, it should stay with the CTE instead of the ATE. I'm checking with my team, however, I think this problem is different than what we originally fixed here. In this case I'll split this into a separate ticket, so we can primarily look into this in more detail. I'll update you accordingly. |
