Our site is configured to have a custom domain name for every language. We have:

.com - USA
.ca - Canada
.fr - French

In this configuration, how does one add a French Canadian version?

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi there, Jeff.

In this case, you could create a subdomain like this: fr.domain-name.ca

That should work fine as explained here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-url-options/how-to-use-wpml-with-different-domains-per-language/#can-i-use-a-mix-of-domains-and-subdomains-for-example-my-main-site-is-example-com-for-italian-i-have-it-domain-com-and-for-german-domain-de

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
