I expected to see:

Hi There,

i have reviewed your site and when i examine your header and footer i am not able to see a significant difference.

were you able to fix the issue ?

currently the only difference i view in your header is the footer menu, is this the issue you are experiencing ?

When I update the custom CSS, it does affect only one language page. How to sync between multiple languages?

Are you adding you custom CSS within your theme options ?

when you go to your theme options, use the top header to switch your language and then let check if you can add your custom CSS also under the secondary language within the theme options custom CSS sections

let me know your results please
