I am trying to:
set language into different directories and I know I need to create a root page which is the landing page for all languages. However, can I set the root page in the language switch? When visitors view the home page, they can click the language which to display the root page and they can select the language they wanted.

The example page is found in Two screen captures is attached.

Hi there,

Root pages by default will display the language switcher unless the option "Hide language switchers on the root page" is enabled under the root page selection.

Please clarify whether you are using an HTML page or any of your site pages as Root page?

Let me know the details.

kind regards
