Sorry guys my message got cancelled by mistake

Client disabled wpml by mistake and all hell broke loose( e.g. yelling "My website disappeared!!!!")
I need to include some function only if WPML is installed and active. I am using:

if (class_exists('SitePress')) {
	// stuff goes here
}

is it correct?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the empty message above...

Antonio,
You can use:

if ( function_exists('icl_object_id') ) {
     //something
}

My recommendation comes from our official document here: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/creating-multilingual-wordpress-themes/language-dependent-ids/

I think this link is useful for you as well: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-coding-api/
