In order to explain myself better, i kindly ask you to please read this guide first: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/ - You have credits which i can guess come from the old method of working we had in the past (and that's ok) - You should already have them in your site and your dev site as well (but if you don't please allow me access to them so i can check why). - However, you might not be able to see them unless you access a page with the Advanced translation editor enabled. - You can't connect sites or anything because to do that you need to have an active Automatic translation membership, which you don't seem to have at this moment (as the link above explains) - What i meant about the WPML subscription is not that it isn't valid, but that your site has an incorrect license assigned to it. this probably happened because you changed your site from WWW to NON WWW or from HTTP to HTTPS, etc (there are many reasons why this could happen) and fixing this is easy: + Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial I hope i explained myself better now. P.S: if you are still not seeing the credits, please allow me access to the sites so i can verify why is this happening and try to fix it for you. |
