Tell us what you are trying to do?
I searched a bit the net but didn't find anything. The problem is that i want the translated pages , not to appear in the google search engine.

There is not such an option from WPML options. However, you can follow directly Google recommandations to exclude pages from the search engines provided on the following link:

The topic that you refered to in google is IF the page is in the google ads campaign.
I am sure that the page is not in any campaign as it is currently under construction .

Thanks for pointing that out, Stathis. As I mentioned before this is out of the scope of WPML but Googles Webmaster tools.
