This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are trying to translate a page from English to Spanish using WPML, but the 'Translate Automatically' button is grayed-out and disabled.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you check if you have assigned credits for automatic translation to your site. Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WPML account.
2. In the sidebar, go to Manage credits for Automatic Translation.
3. Find your website and click Add/Remove credits.
4. In the pop-up, click Add credits.
5. Enter the desired amount and click Add credits.
After adding credits, the 'Translate Automatically' button should be enabled.
If the issue persists, we may need temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to further investigate. Please provide this information securely when prompted in your next reply.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem continues, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
