To access your old support tickets all you need to do is click on your username as it appears in the forum - see the image attached.

The recommendation is to go there, see the tickets where you shared WordPress sites access and remove those users if not needed or change their passwords.

We are really sorry about that.

Now that I have reply to this thread, I have myself and thus my previous tickets. So problem is solved for me. But I still do not know where to access my previous support tickets if I need to... This support is a little confusing...

I can't find it. Where is "Visit the tickets and open the private replies"?
