Your solution doesn't work . this is the Same problem and now a new one ! I paid the renewal but I can update your products. I'm not very happy with you . I doest work , the bad solution is very long and wrong , and now I paid but I can't update... Why I paid... I don't ok-now

Sorry for the inconvenience. This may be happening because you have renewed the subscription after expiring it. Please try the following steps after a full site backup and make sure you can upgrade to the latest version or not.

1) Visit Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab
2) Click on Unregister link
3) Visit
4) Delete the current site key for hidden link
5) Register a new site key for hidden link
6) Visit Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab again
7) Register the site for WPML automatic upgrade with the new site key
8) Click on *Check for updates* button to refresh the installer caches
9) Upgrade to the latest version of WPML

Please check the following documentation for more details.

Please note, you have upgraded the WPML plugins in a wrong order now. We have to first upgrade the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin always. Check the attached images for more details.

Also please take a full site backup before upgrading to the latest version of a WordPress or plugin or theme or making any major changes in the website.
