This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that the hreflang attribute was not correctly indicating the availability of a Spanish version of an article on their English page, although the Spanish page correctly showed the English version. Additionally, the language switcher in the footer was missing the link to the Spanish article. Solution: The user cleared the cache on his site and this solved the problem.

I can see the problem on your site. Also, the Language Switcher is missing the Spanish link. Please see the attached screenshot. But on the Spanish page, the English link is showing.
Can you please let me check this issue on your site?
