Hi! After running WPML update the site had HTTP ERROR 500, and we couldn't see any pages at all. I contacted our server host and they suspected that it had something to do with the WPML update, and they deactivated it. Our site was looking normal after that, expect of course we couldn't see our site on any other language. How can we get our site work again with WPML? I'm afraid to activate WPML if it gives the same error again. I enabled debugging and have the error log, would it help to find out the problem?

Hi and thank you for contacting WPML Support!

I will be happy to help you with this.

First of all, I am sorry that you are experiencing issues like this.

I would suggest that before everything, you do a full website backup (files and database).

After this, I would recommend that you would make sure your website and server are fully compatible with WPML.

Here are the minimum requirements:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

To find more about your site, can you now activate WPML and paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field?
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai
