[Closed] HTTP ERROR 500: [domain] is currently unable to handle this request.

Background of the issue:
Hi, we are having an issue with pages hidden link and hidden link - they are translations of pages hidden link and hidden link using the WordPress Multilingual plugin. If we're logged into the website, we are able to access the pages just fine, but when not logged in or in incognito, the following error is present: hidden link.

What we've tried so far:
1. Resaving the WPML translations (Edit translation -> Save and close)
2. Clearing all cache - from WP Rocket plugin, dynamic cache and memcached in SiteGround's Site tools
3. We also checked and the DE pages are public
4. We checked the SSL status and can confirm it's secure: hidden link and hidden link.
5. We checked the server side and the php logs and weren't able to find any relevant information in either.

Symptoms:
HTTP ERROR 500: [domain] is currently unable to handle this request. When not logged in or in incognito mode, the translated pages show an error.
