Hi and thank you for contacting WPML Support!

I will be happy to help you with this.

To translate content, you would have to follow the steps in the link below:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/#how-to-translate-pages-posts-and-custom-posts

Can you please let me know what are the exact steps that you followed until now and what did you try to translate?

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Hi and thank you for the credentials.

I can confirm that they are working.

Can you please let me know what exactly you are trying to translate on the site?

I mean: can you share a page link with me or a screenshot with the part of the content that you are trying to translate?

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai

Hi and thank you for your patience.

From what I was able to find out, the translation was not fully saved for the homepage, that is why you were getting that 404 error (please check the screenshot I attached below).

I re-saved the translation and now the homepage translation loads without any 404 error.

However, from what I can see, the theme that you are using is not part of our official WPML-compatible theme directory here (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility) so the translated homepage looks really weird at the moment.

My first recommendation would be for you to delete the current translation for the homepage and then to try to duplicate the homepage in the default language into the arabic language.

Here you can find out more about how you can do that:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/using-content-duplication/

After that, you should be able to simply use the same content builder for your translated version.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest you contact the plugin authors and recommend them to join our 'Go Global' program (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/) where our Compatibility developers will help them make their plugin 100% compatible with WPML for free.

Please let me know how that goes and what are you able to find out.

Kind regards,
Mihai
