Background of the issue:
I am trying to complete the translation of my homepage using WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor. All segments in ATE are translated (marked green), and the progress bar shows 100%. After clicking Finish and Review Translation, I am redirected back to the Translations page, but the status for the homepage translation remains In Progress. The Complete button is not visible, and the Actions column is empty. I have tried using the Get Translations option from the bulk menu in Translation Management, reopening the translation in ATE and saving again, checking WPML settings and ensuring ATE is enabled, and clearing caches and syncing translations through WPML’s troubleshooting options.

Symptoms:
The translation status for my homepage remains In Progress despite being 100% complete in the Advanced Translation Editor. The Complete button is not visible, and the Actions column is empty.

Questions:
Why does the translation status remain In Progress even though ATE shows 100% completion?
How can I finalize the homepage translation when the Complete button is not visible?

I CANNOT UPLOAD SCREEN RECORD. SUPPOR PORTAL WONT WORK. IM TRING TO SEND THIS TICKET ALREADY 4 TIMES

While one of my teammates takes care of your ticket, I will provide you with the first debugging steps.

Try to update the page translation, so please slightly modify the original page, save it, navigate to the WPML translation editor, and complete the translation.

If this is still the problem, please upload any relevant screenshots that would help illustrate the problem.

I don't need to change original language. I'm trying to complete translation. Another example. When translating Header template. ATE shows that translation is 100% complete. When i click "Complete Translation" on ATE, redirected back to WPML translation queue and status does not change from "in progress" and header template remains to translation queue.

Is this expected behaviour?

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. This is not normal behavior. A couple of requests for tracking the issue.

1) Please create a simple page (for testing), then translate it and make sure it shows *Complete (pencil icon)* status in Pages>>All Pages

2) Visit WPML>>Support>>Advanced Translation Editor>>Error Logs and check it shows any errors.

With new demo page, translations are working.

From ATE errors log there is:

Call to a member function get_cart_contents_count() on null /var/www/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/elementor-pro/modules/woocommerce/widgets/cart.php:2647

Error appears when i'm trying to translate elementor-pro header, shop, cart etc. pages.

ATE Job ID for one of the errors is: 121491784

I also included section from cart.php as a screenshot.

Do you have suggestions or i should temporarily modify elemento-pro widget to check that WooCommerce is loaded and Wc()->cart exists?
