Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

#1
Could you please update your WPML related plugins to the latest version?

#2
Did you set "Copy from original" option for all repetitive custom fields from wpml -> translation management -> multilingual content setup tab?

I will wait for your feedback.

Thanks

My wpml is set to the latest and I have tried both the copy from original and translate options neither work. I'm actually the dev building the site not the owner.

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site - preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible - in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

I would also recommend to backup your database and website first before we proceed. You can use a plugin for this if you like. I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose.
See: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Thanks

Hi there,

Please follow the below steps,
1) Go to your dashboard
2) Navigate to WPML -> WooCommerce Multilingual
3) Go to "General Settings" tab
4) Navigate to "Product Translation Interface"
5) Choose "Go to the native WooCommerce product editing screen" and click save.

It will allow you to translate the product custom fields from the product tab itself.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks
