I am trying to: translate my topbar

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: I am expecting to see Infolettre as the translation of Newsletter

Instead, I got: the same word when I change language.

Hello

I could not see that particular page when I visited your website. Would you know if this is text is a configurable theme option? or perhaps a menu item?

Perhaps I could take a look myself?

Hello

I´ve tried several ways to translate this template, but with no success. Here are the steps I´ve done:

- Set the post type "Ma bibliothèque (oceanwp_library)" to "Translate"
- Translate library element "ParcExTopBar" to French as "ParcExTopBar_FR"
- Change the themem customization to use shortcodes here
Appearance > Customize > Top Bar > Content (see image)
- Then translate this admin-text in String Translation (see image)

If our filters were activated, then the theme shoudl have picked up the correct language version of the library template. However, it does not seem to be working.

This would seem to be a compatibility issue.
I would have to ask your assistance to recreate this issue on a sandbox site so that I could send this to our compatibility team for more investigation and hopefully a solution for you.

So could you please log into this sandbox, load up your OceanWP theme , create a template and set it as the header for your site?

This sandbox has been pre-loaded with WPML modules.
THanks

Thank you for checking on it. Yes I saw all those changes. I did upload my theme and templates in your Sandbox. Please check it.

Thank you so much!

Hello Yvette, I would like to know if what plugins did you install in the site? Because I removed ARI and Multilingual Site Test.

Yes - I installed those two and they can be removed. Sorry I forgot to do this.

Well, curiously, the same approach on the sandbox site gives the desired result.
Please check this on the sandbox site for yourself

Did you remove the libarary elements from your site? I no longer see them there. Could you recreate so we can set it up just like in the sandbox site?
