I have the storefront theme from woocommerce and my website main lang is PT and i have a secondary lang it is ES how ever i cant do the translations to the ES mega main menu

I can see that the main menu items (Male, Female, About) have been translated, so am I correct that you are trying to translate the content within the Mega Menu?

If so, please go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Multilingual Content Setup. Scroll down to Custom Fields and click "Show system fields". Now search for your Mega Menu fields- are they set to something other than Translate? If so, change them to translate. Then check at WPML -> String Translation and see if the strings are available there for translation.

i if you check portugues and spanish they are diffrent and i want to be able to edit mega menu in spanish witch i cant

Can you please let me know which part of the menu you are having trouble translating? Is it the main menu items, or the content that appears when you hover over a main menu item? (Please see attached screenshots and let me know which part of the screenshots you need assistance translating). Thanks!

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
