Background of the issue:
I assigned credit to my site, but "You need credits to use automatic translation" modal still comes out.

Symptoms:
The modal 'You need credits to use automatic translation' appears despite assigning credit.

Questions:
Why does the 'You need credits to use automatic translation' modal still appear after assigning credit?
