Hi Riffaz,
yes exactly, when I click that "show private message" nothing happens.
I tried with the latest version of chrome and firefox, without any extensions.

This has been fixed as expected.
This is actually expected for tickets under "closed" status when a ticket is closed in English support chat.

You will be fine with your new tickets/chats.
