Hello Minh,

Welcome to WPML support forum.

We are currently having issues with a recent option that was added to WPML 3.9.4. It is the "Keep wpml.org up-to-date about which theme and plugins I use" option right below the registration key field. If you uncheck it you will be able to register the site key as usual.

Let us know if it helps.

In that case, please contact your developer and ask him to create a new WPML key following this procedure:

- Please go to WPML.org and at https://wpml.org/account/sites/ look for your current key and erase it.
- Create a new one with the new URL.
- Go to your plugins panel and click under "Register" button below WPML plugin.
- Click on the Unregistered button at the commercial page.
- Add your new key without checking the "Keep wpml.org up-to-date about which theme and plugins I use" option.

Does it work solve your issue ?
