Hi there,

To be able to help you with the matter we need to make sure that we have the debug information about your installation. Please kindly go to WPML > Support > Debug Information (link) an copy/paste the information there into the Debug Info box in the ticket. For more information:
https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Now, the string that you are looking for might be related to a theme or plugin. If you have a good guess what is the originator of the string you can go to WPML > Theme and Plugin Localization and select the theme or plugin in question and hit the scan button so that WPML can find all the translatable strings. For more information:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/

If the string is a value of a theme option or admin text, you need to first search for the admin text by going to WPML > String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens and enable the proper text and then you will be able to see the text in String Translation. For more information:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/translating-options-coming-from-themes-and-plugins/

If you get back to us with the debug information and a sample of text that you try to translate but you can not, we will have a better chance to help you out.

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thank you for providing the debug information. You use the WoodMart theme which is compatible with the WPML plugin and you should be able to translate the theme with no problem to Arabic.

I still don’t know exactly what is the problem that you are experiencing. You need to give me a specific text and URL that you can not translate so that I can be of help.

I also did not get any confirmation from you that you followed the steps and documentation that I shared on my last reply. Please kindly get back to us with the confirmation that you followed the steps and if you still have the problem tell us in detail and maybe with a screenshot about the issue.

At this moment I see one possible culprit and that is a low PHP memory limit on your installation. Minimum requirements are 128M but I suggest that you increase it to 256M or 512M: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

You can add this by adding the code below to wp-config.php file of your WordPress installation root folder:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Please add the code above the line below:

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Thank you.
