Have searched for those strings in the Strings Translation section?
Can you tell me please where do you insert those strings?
Is it on your theme's options?
If those strings are part of your theme options, then please read our following documentation on how to translate strings form theme options and tell me if it is helping you to find and translate those strings.

Hi Itamar,
I have followed your instructions and followed the documentation, however i still can't find the location of the string for translation.
in my back office i edit these fields from the theme options: hidden link , cant really find this string... my site is pretty big and i cant manage to locate it
can you pls assist?

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved.
Please, allow me to disable/enable plugins and change the theme if needed.
In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
For this, I'll need to install the Duplicator plugin on your site.

Maybe I'll also install the ARI Adminer plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/ari-adminer/) to check the DB of your site.
