hi,
i am using wpml on my site for arabic and english. I can see the Arabic (50) | English (95) | All languages (145) on product catagories i woocommerce but I ca see this option in the product brands. How can I translate the brands from english to arabic

Hi,

- Please make sure minimum requirements for WPML meet:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

- Please make sure your theme is WPML compatible. Here is our compatible theme list. You can search your theme in this list. https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility

- Also make sure you are using an updated version of the theme and plugins.

- Please add the debug report in the Debug Information box. I have also enabled debug info box for your next reply: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
- Please check for a possible theme and plugin conflict. To do that you can switch back to any default theme (e.g. Twenty Seventeen theme), Disable all plugins except WPML and see if this issue goes away with default theme and only WPML activated?

- If still issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Hi,

Thanks for login details. I have logged in to your site and enabled brand taxonomy translation by selecting ‘Translatable’ option from WPML >> Settings > Multilingual Content Setup > Taxonomy Translation as you can see in attached screenshot.

Now you can add translation from WPML >> Taxonomy Translation. Here is doc for more details:

Thank you so much but I am getting this error
We detected that the product_type field was set incorrectly for some product translations. This happened because the product_type taxonomy was translated. You can fix this in the WooCommerce Multilingual troubleshooting page.
