Hello, welcome to the WPML support Forum!

Is this string generated by the theme, plugin or some element of a page builder?

Please try the steps below:
- Make sure you have the Translation Magagement and String Translator extensions active. If not, you can download here: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
- Go to WPML → Theme and Plugin Localization → Strings in the themes
- Select your theme and click on Scan selected theme for strings
- Go to WPML → String Translation and search for the Strings
- Translate the string, check the Translation is complete field and click on Save.

Please let us know if it worked for you.

Hello there,

I'd help you further with this issue.

To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.

This info is private and available to you and WPML supporters only.

Note:
Backup your sites before providing the credentials or if possible provide credentials for the test site

Also, provide me the page URL that is showing the strings.

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks

Hello there,

I debugged the issue and noticed that this is added using the elementor option, but when I test it on my test site this is not an elementor pro add on, but it looks like some external plugins, I tested further and it looks like a raven plugin which is creating this option.

Upon further debugging this seems like a core plugin added with the Jupiter theme, and this is not updated to the latest version, so can you please update the plugin to the latest version so I can debug this further.

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks

Thank you so much..That's why it isn't searchable on string translation because it can be edited in there, right??
In connection to that, the issue persist on post pages...
So everytime I hit save, some element went missing
like this for example
This is chinese lang hidden link
This is on english lang hidden link

There settings are all the same but after translating them, some elements missing. So the solution I think is to resave and reassign the post tags and category which is I think not a best practice since this should be automatically assigned, right??
I don't know if this is because of the server or something

Hello there,

Yes, please update the plugins so I can see how it can be translated.

Can you update the plugins first and provide me a link where I can see the missing items so I can check it?

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks

Hello there,

Please follow the below steps:

1) Go to WPML->Taxonomy translation and translate the names of the tags properly.

2) Bulk update the posts.

- Go to Posts;
- Select all the posts;
- Select Edit option from the Bulk Actions dropdown (right at the top of the table, on the left side);
- Press Apply;
- Hit the Update button on the right side of the new area that appears.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks
