This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I can't Translate word (Menu) in the Menu in all languages even I translated with String translation.

Solution: This word is a part of the theme settings (since you were able to change it through Appearance → Customize) and you just needed to make WPML know about this word.

Hey,

I installed the free version of the theme that you're using (GeneratePress - https://wordpress.org/themes/generatepress/), and I tried to translate the Menu text from the mobile side. Everything works fine when I change the language.

Can you tell me if you're using the pro version of the theme, please? Also, it would be great if you could give me access to the dashboard area. This way I'll be able to have a closer look at this issue and see what can we do about it. The next reply is private so you can safely send me the credentials.

Thanks,
Radu

Hey,

Can you check the Menu word now, please? It should work fine now.

Basically, this word was a part of the theme settings (since you were able to change it through Appearance → Customize) and you just needed to make WPML know about this word.

You can find some more details about this right here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/translating-options-coming-from-themes-and-plugins/

Thanks,
Radu
