I am trying to have 2 languages italian and english. The menu work only in italian or english.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Kazed.it/?lang=en and press the menu bar on the top left.

I expected to see: the menu in english

Instead, I got: the menu in italian

Yes I followed all the instructions trying many possibilities but the menu still work in one language.

Thank you for the updates. I took a detailed look in your website and it seems you header setup doesn't show the main navigation choices from the customizer, this way I am not able to see the menu in english or italian, can you please confirm if you can setup your header main navigaition in the default language? Also, it would be of help to try a default WordPress theme in order to confirm if the menu issue persists, if not, we have a theme compatibility issue here.

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/ plugin for these backup needs.
