I am trying to: translate the pop up from english to spanish

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:in "Multilingual Content Set Up" I should be able to mark the option "Make 'Campaigns' translatable"

Instead, I got: but once I click this option ("Make 'Campaigns' translatable" ) and press "Update" it is not saving that change and it cannot be translated. In String Translation it doesn't appear either.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

There could be many reasons for this.

Debugging
1. Please follow the debugging information provided here: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ .
2. Repeat the action of creating the problem.
3. Copy and paste the contents of debug.log (log file inside the /wp-content/ directory) here for me to see.

Also, I suggest you try this after deactivating all the third party plugins.

And, I do not see your plugin in our compatibility list : https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/

Anyhow, if the plugin was built using standard procedure of WordPress and plugin development it should be able to translate.
Did you check this with theme support?

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Riffaz.
