I am trying to:

Select the ( translated ) product category but it doesn't show up.
If I look at the categories ( French menu ) I don't see all the cateogories we have translated.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

All the translated categories in the menu ( FR )

Instead, I got: A few translated product categories.

Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Thank you for the details. I took a look in your website and noticed your primary menu in your default language is not fully replicated in your secondary language menu. I mean, the translated menu doesn't have the same number of items for your primary menu (the product categories menu). In order to fix it, I recommend you to try the following:

1 - In your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus delete all the current menu items of your translated primary menu.

2 - Use the WPML Menu Sync feature to make sure your translated primary menu has the same items of your default language menu.


Note: I recommend you to save a backup copy before the steps above, it will make sure you can revert your changes in case you see any issues with your default language menu.
