Hello Sarkis,

1) If you see only few strings registered for inactive plugin,
WPML probably registered just title and description.

If there are more strings, you can delete them manually:
1. Go to WPML > String Translation
2. Switch to context for inactive plugin
3. Select 'Show All'
4. Bulk delete all strings

If you want to switch off auto-registering strings and specify domains (context):
please do so on WPML > String Translation screen
'Auto register strings for translation'

2) You do not need to translate all registered strings, only domains important for you.

For example if you need translation for frontend user - you'll translate theme strings.
If you need translated backend admin area for e.g. Editor - you can also translate plugin strings.
But I recommend to use .mo files.

Please let me know if this helps.

For example if you want to remove 'wp-user-avatar' domains,
switch to that domain and delete strings.

To check exact domains name, go to
WPML > Theme and plugins localization

Please see attached screenshots.

Hello Sarkist,
can you check what is textdomain thet is registered?

If you want to switch off auto-registering strings and specify domains (context):
please do so on WPML > String Translation screen
'Auto register strings for translation'

There you can exclude it.

Hello Sarkis,
here are some links about .po and .mo files:
https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/functionality/localization/
https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/functionality/internationalization/
https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/internationalization/

Strings should not appear if you disabled correct domain.

Can you please share your site info in next private reply so I can have a look?

Duplicator export would be fine too.

Hello Sarkis,
There is an issue with deleting strings.

Plugin that is causing failure is Loginizer Security.
URL obfuscation is nice security measure but it may have impact on some processes.

We are approaching author to resolve this issue.

You can also create ticket for their support since it may speed-up things.
Until then, I suggest to disable wp-admin URL obfuscation.
