I get this message in my end

"There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you."

Could you resolve this?

There might be some indexes missing from the WPML database tables

If possible i would like to take a closer look at the backend to further test this issue

**Before we proceed I recommend to please take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website.**
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose See:

i was able to confirm that there are some indexes missing from your wp_icl_strings table

we will need to repopulate them for you, this ticket has been assigned to my colleague and once done he will be updating you on this ticket
