I received a security report by email on some language files edited and need to know if any of your plug-ins include automated updates of any kind.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: no text changes recognized yet

please view the attached picture from a security plugin reporting me on some changes that took place in the background.
can you recognize what could this be about?
i came to work on such date but i did not do any website editing.

thanks for any insights possible.
i have been a victim of a hacker causing harm to my site in the past.
i need facts to narrow the reasons for this report, as i am on alert mode.

Languages: English (English ) Portuguese (Brazil) (Português )

Timezone: America/Sao_Paulo (GMT-03:00)

Thank you for contacting us. When you update themes or plugins WordPress may automatically download changes to language files. In the image you posted above, the last three items appear to be from WPML.

The other files are being updated according to the plugins. Overall, this does not seem like any security issues, but only translation file updates.

Please, let me know if I can help with any other questions you may have about it. I'll be happy to help.

Thank you.
