[Closed] I have certain WooCommerce Products where the featured image isn't showing in translation

Before one of my colleagues picks up your ticket, I’d like to guide you through a few initial steps that might help resolve the issue faster.

First, please try opening the affected products and making a small update—both in the original language and their translations—to see if that resolves the issue.

Next, please follow these steps:

- Go to WPML → Settings → Media Translation
- Enable the following options:
- Translate existing media in all languages
- Duplicate existing media for translated content
- Duplicate the featured images for translated content
- Click the Start button and wait for the process to complete.
