Welcome to WPML Support forum.

Could you tell me a little more about the issue?

Can you tell me the step by step procedure on how you tried to translate the page? Are you using a page builder? Could you share some screenshots of the page wherein you're experiencing this issue? I want to know which point of the translation process you're having issue with.

Also, I would like to know more about your installation. Can you please provide your WPML Debug information in the debug field below?

Having a little more information about the situation will help me evaluate and get the issue sorted faster.

Kind regards,

We have the About Us Page in English: hidden link
We are looking to have the same design translated in French for this page: hidden link

Similarly, on the homepage of hidden link We have some links created in the Footer which should translate and appear for the links in hidden link

We are unaware of how we can do the above 2 points using WPML.

Looking for your guidance for the same

Thank you for your reply.

It seems that you're using a pagebuilder (visual composer). You can learn more on how to translate pages using pagebuilders here:

As with the footer area, it seems that you have successfully translated those footer widgets. Anyway, you might still find this link helpful:

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,
