Problem:
The client wants to know if there is an additional discount for renewing their WPML subscription before the renewal date and how to make an early payment.
Solution:
We clarified that renewing before the renewal date does not provide an additional early-renewal discount. Discounts are available through the Agency Partnership Program for Multilingual Agency accounts, based on the usage of qualifying PTC translation credits during the subscription year. To renew early, the client should go to their account, click on Modify your renewal options, and switch to manual renewal. This action will display the renew button, allowing for early renewal.
