This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is developing a site using DonDivi with Divi Layouts and has translated the submenus. However, when switching to a different language, the translated submenus do not appear as expected.
Solution:
1. We recommended reviewing a similar issue discussed in a forum thread, which might provide insights or solutions. You can find the thread here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-to-translate-the-dondivi-divimenus-flex-module-links/
2. We asked the client to provide a URL or steps to reproduce the problem, or a screencast that shows the issue step by step. Additionally, we requested access credentials to the site, ensuring that the client has a full site backup for safety.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
