I have already generated a ticket. that ticket handle Supporter Bruno Kos but he has not replied yet.

I contacted Bruno and he haven't answer you yet because he has escalated your ticket to our 2nd tier of support and he is waiting for an answer from our 2nd tier specialists.

He will get back to you as soon as he gets an answer from our 2nd tier.
