I had a support chat with Bobby earlier today. As he transferred me to email support, I lost contact.
I was about to send a Duplicator package, but now, I don´t know where to send it.

Appreciate if someone gets back to me with instructions.

From what I can see, the issue is handled in the ticket link below that's already assigned to my colleague, Bobby:

For sharing the duplicator package, you can use a service like Dropbox or Google drive so that you can create a folder, put the Duplicator files there (the installer.php file and the .zip archive file) and then share that folder link with my colleague.
