I have spent so much time tweaking on this WPML plugins to improve the performance, but nothing seems to work, have even use the latest beta version. I think this WPML is just to heavy to use, sadly the function wise is very good, but the performance design seems very poor, disappointing.

Also my thread does not get attention by the person that was supposed to help, very bad support.

In the past 30 days I have not have a lot of time to play around this plugin, just in the past few days I have more time, so this plugin has exceeded 30 days, but can I still ask for refund ?

In order to request a refund, you need to fill the form from here https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds-policy/.
