Hi, I need some help with translating Events tickets plugin from Event calendar. I've follow this guide https://wpml.org/errata/event-tickets-plus-translated-events-does-not-display-the-tickets/ because I have the same issue, but it is not working for me.
Can you help me please?

Hello,

Please, take a look at my previous private reply and let me know when the replication process is done. Thanks.

Hello, Mateus, I've made a fresh installation in the sandbox. The strange thing is that now I can't get the tickets to appear in either language. I also noticed that despite having followed the guide of the Event tickets plugin, I cannot see the products in woocommerce.
I think that I need your help.
Thank you very much.

Hey there,

Thank you for trying to replicate this problem on the Sandbox. I checked this out but so far I couldn't find a fix for it.

I asked my colleagues to have a look at this issue in order to see if there's anything I'm missing. I'll come back here as soon as one of my colleagues reply back to me (which it shouldn't take long).

Thanks,
Mateus.

Dear Mateus, I kindly ask you to wait a moment with the website, because it is a production site. I will create a test ambient so the support can work without issue for my clients.
Thank you very much for your patience.

Hello there,

All right, I have already reported to our 2nd tier specialists about this, and we won't debug the issue directly on the live website.

Please let us know when the staging environment is done. If it is already settled up, you can provide the credentials in your next response, which will be private. Thanks!

Best,
Mateus.

Hello there,

Thanks for your patience while we investigate this issue.

Upon further inspection, we could solve the issue with the same workaround from the errata: https://wpml.org/errata/event-tickets-plus-translated-events-does-not-display-the-tickets/.

The code on the second step just needs to be changed a bit. Please use this one instead: https://pastebin.com/tJrFNCY3

Also, the products (tickets) haven't been translated at all. After applying the workaround above, please go to WP Dashboard -> Products and translate them. Then, go to your affected page, do a minor modification to the original page/post. Try to translate that page again and see if the rest of the tickets texts will be available on the front-end now.

Please let us know about your results. We're looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

Best,
Mateus.

Hey there,

Thank you for providing the staging website credentials.

We're checking again what might be preventing the tickets translations. Very soon we'll provide you with updates, please stay tuned. Thanks!

Best,
Mateus.

Hello there,

Thank you so much again for your patience while we investigate the issue.

We could solve it with one additional step, which is editing the translated product on the native WP editor. Please check: hidden link

So, please follow the same steps as before, and then visit one of the translated products on the front-end, click on 'Edit Page' and update it. That should resolve the problem.

Please let us know about your results. Thanks!

Regards,
Mateus.
