Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to configure lingual/idioms folder /es/ /en/ and /fr/ but i don't know if WPML does it or i've to do it manually

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I don't find clearly

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I will be happy to help you with this.

That can be done from WPML's settings, under WPML > Languages > the "Language URL format" > Select the first option called "Different languages in directories" > click the blue "Save" button.
