[Resolved] I need to send you login details to my site
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: After installing WPML components, the client encountered an error indicating that WPML is missing some records in the languages tables, which prevents it from functioning properly. Despite clearing language information and checking permalinks, the error persisted, and all menus in the Appearance/Menu screen were lost. Solution: We identified a corrupted record that was causing the issues. We recommend the client to verify if the translation process is now working correctly. If the problem persists or if any new issues arise, we advise checking the related known issues and ensuring that the latest versions of themes and plugins are installed. If these steps do not resolve the issue, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue on our new development site, hidden link, using WPML. We use Blocksy and have encountered a problem after a recent change.
Symptoms:
WPML Chat ticket is closed, and I need to share login details securely to address the issue.
Questions:
How can I securely share login details for troubleshooting?
We have created a new site hidden link which before adding the WPML plugins has the correct number of Footer elements.
I would like to confirm that I can delete development.albioneco.co.uk from the "Your registered Sites" screen and add dev.albioneco.co.uk and proceed with adding they site key and plugins? Or is there a different process I should follow?
Before installing WPML parts I had a working website mirroring live.
After installing several items, I get a WPML error:
WPML is missing some records in the languages tables and it cannot fully work until this issue is fixed.
Please go to the Troubleshooting page and click on "Clear language information and repopulate languages" to fix this problem.
This warning will disappear once this issue is fixed.
I cleared languages and added Englis and Welsh - there was mention of permalinks, the error is still present
I had a look at permalinks and they seemed ok,
I have lost all Menu's in the Appearance/Menu screen - no drop downbut they are somewhere as tried to save one and it was "already present"
yes it works on hidden link though the server is not as robust as the one that dev and www are on - We translated the wrong development site and now need to do all the translation work again on dev as the English text is more up to date - the Blocksy themes are consistent between the three sites.
Have I confused something, you asked: "Please check if WPML works correctly on the staging site. "
Did you mean - you have edited some settings on dev and please check that it now works?
The dev site in English now looks like it should, WPML screens look ok, but as I didn't work on the translation my colleague did so I will ask her to look and see how she gets on

I've translated the home page which worked fine.
The site needs the language switcher set up which you did originally so I haven't done anything with that, is that part of the set up?
This site has String Translation in the WPML menu which we didn't have on the staging site, which I think might help with a couple of things and definitely isn't a problem.
I added String as it came up in our original testing, I guess I need to check what settings I added in the original site - but as I was guessing I am not sure how reliable they would be. The site seems to need the install finalising?
Original is hidden link will add the same username and password to that

1) The footer language switcher is added by default when you set up WPML, but I added the menu language switcher. Please check this guide to know more about language switchers.
2) Kindly check this guide to know more about String Translation usage.
3) I compared the two sites and the (dev.albioneco.co.uk) seems good and has the same settings.
