As the translation has already been done and the Advanced Translation Editor uses its translation memory it won't show you these pages again available for bulk translation unless there has been modifications made in the default language which is the same as going into each page and updating it one by one.

Here are the steps you can take to bulk update your pages.

1. Go to Portfolio
2. Select all items on the page
3. Click on the dropdown and then click to "edit"
4. Simply click "Update" [no need to change anything]

This will copy over the ACF field to any of the portfolio items that might be missing.
