I wanted to assign translators to categories and products

Is there any documentation that you are following?
i couldnt find any help regarding this
Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi There,

by going to WPML->Translation Management-> Translator tab, here you can configure your translators and the language pairs they have access to.

afterwards go back to the Translation Management dashboard and select your desired Post,Page,Product, Event, etc. and assign it to your translator/translators.

For strings you can do that from within the WPML->String Translation dashboard.

for categories/taxonomies terms at the moment this might not be possible to do with Translation Management but you can see here a workaround a user has used
