Hi,

I got a workaround from our 2nd tier support, please check this below:

Please backup your database and website before proceeding.

1. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom Term Meta Translation section.

2. Set the following term meta preference to Copy:
- b2bking_group_0
- b2bking_group_68
- b2bking_group_b2c
- b2bking_category_users_textarea

3. Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories (or WPML > Taxonomy Translation) > Update product category translation.

On your live site, you can change the term meta b2bking_group_68 with the term ID on your site. Please check this screenshot hidden link
68 is the post ID of the B2B Groups post.

Also, do you know the term meta group_0 and group_b2c are created by default? They are available when editing the product category, section Group Visibility (B2BKing):
- Guest Users (Logged Out)
- B2C Users

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Hi,

It looks like you've set the preference of custom fields to copy, not the "custom term meta" as I mentioned above. Please check these screenshots

The preference of the term meta is changed to "Copy", now you can edit the category in Dutch > Click "Save" to copy term meta to the translation category. Also, please ensure the products are translated into second languages to see the translation product on the translation category page.
