[Resolved] I use Mollie on Woocommerce but it is not translatable
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is using Mollie on WooCommerce with WPML on their website and is trying to make the payment screen translatable. The payment screen is only in Dutch, even when the website with WPML is set to English or Spanish. Solution: We registered two admin strings from Mollie that had not been previously registered for translation. You can now translate these strings by accessing the WPML String Translation page. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you check and translate the necessary strings.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at our support forum.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

Hi,
Could you please send me the URL of a specific product where I can reproduce the issue during checkout?
I tried navigating via the menu but wasn't able to reach that step.
You can go to the bottom of this page: hidden link
Select a date, and click 'confirm reservation'. You then have to fill out the booking form (just use fake info). The screen that follows is the Mollie payment. It will be in Ducth, while you are visiting the English website.

Hi Rimmert ,
thanks for the info! Please check if you can find the strings such as "Betaal op de volgende pagina" on WPML -> String Translation.
I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed
Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
✙ Please add the Links to the […] Edit Screen, the Page/Post where you insert the […] and the corresponding Front End Page/Screen

Thanks for the access! Two admin strings from Mollie hadn't been registered for translation yet. I've now registered them at the following link: hidden link.
The same goes for the following string:
"Je persoonlijke gegevens zullen worden gebruikt om je bestelling te verwerken, om je beleving op deze site te optimaliseren en voor andere doeleinden zoals beschreven in onze privacy policy.".
You can now translate all three strings here: hidden link ((they’re the first three listed).)
