So if you also translate multiple posts at the same time, those posts will be translated and credit will be deducted, right?

credits will be deducted if those pages will be translated and will depend on the translation memory. if you translated a page in the past, for example and then you try to bulk translate that same page, you will probably not use any credit because 100% of the page has been translated.

However if i go to your site and translate something and credits are deducted, of course i'll return those credits to you, because it was I, supporter from WPML that did this.

what i want to check is the safety limit popup appearing so i can show it to our developers.

if you don't want to give me access, we can also do the following:

- Go to your site
- Record yourself using any app you like (i recommend hidden link)
- Show me what's going on
- Show me the entire procedure, from when you add the content to when you get the popup
- Go to WPML > support > troubleshooting > "Your Automatic Translation account id is
", send me the value you see in that section.

This way i can check if there's something particular, any error or bug with our developers.

Hi there
Sorry for being late.
Regarding the 2nd safe limit bill(3900$), we would like to confirm if a refund is possible.
The fact that after paying the 2nd bill but the translation jobs were not done, nor received the credits, led to some problems on our side.
I'm so sorry but please confirm for me.

I have asked our team to refund you, and i'll let you know when it's processed. from that moment you might have to wait up to 10 working days to see it in your bank account (it depends on the bank).

1. Can I request another refund on the $100 bill of the 1st safe limit?
2. What happens if I do the auto translation jobs while waiting for the refund.
Should I wait for the refund process to complete before translating?

Hi there!

1) I'm not sure we will be able to refund the 100usd safety limit because we saw that specific limit was actually reached and used already, but please let me know why do you want us to refund you this specific limit given that it did what it was supposed to do, so i can send this to our payment teams and see if you apply for any kind of refund (enable you the use of over 50.000 credits and were already deducted from teh usage in the bill from June 3rd).

2) Nothing should happen, you'll be invoiced only for what you've used so far from july 1st until July 31st. the billing will happen on august 3rd.

The safety limits only allow you to go over a certain amount of credits in "one go" and you have already "unlocked" the ability to go up to 26M credits per month and will stay that way even with the refund.

P.S: The refund for the 3.900usd has already been processed so it's only a matter of time until you get it in your account.
