Tell us what you are trying to do?
Using Avada. I am trying to move the language flags from Avada mobile menu to outside so it can be seen thought the site on the mobile version. Preferably next to Search Icon.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I don't know where to put custom code for the switcher.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
No
What is the link to your site?
It is already provided.

You need to go to /store and you will see the language flags. I want them to be seen automatically even on mobile.

Hi and thank you for contacting WPML Support!

I will be happy to help you with this.

First of all, thank you very much for your patience and sorry to have you waiting - there is a very full ticket queue at the moment and it takes us a bit more than usual to answer tickets.

Now, regarding your request, this usually requires custom work (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/#using-php-actions) to be able to do that as it is related to the theme that you are using but I would be more than happy to take a look at your site to see if there's any easier way to accomplish that.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.

The private box looks like this: hidden link

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Login URL: hidden link Password is already included, just click the link.

I don't have FTP access. Bear in mind I now have CDN and wp rocket installed. You can disable the plugins if you need them (bunnycdn&wp rocket).

Thanks for your help once again.

Regards,
Gregor

Hi there and thank you very much for your patience.

After some deeper investigations, it seems that there is no other way to implement what you want without custom work as that's the normal behaviour of the Avada theme.

Please also take a look at the following tickets:

Kind regards and please stay safe,
Mihai
