This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to activate the OTGS Installer after renewing WPML and is having trouble installing the license key.
Solution:
1. Remove your site from the allowed list by visiting https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and selecting 'Remove your site'.
2. In your site's backend, navigate to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab, and click on 'Unregister WPML from this site'.
3. Click on the link below the field to enter the new registration key, which will redirect you back to your wpml.org account to generate a new registration key.
4. Paste the new registration key in Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I want to update my WPML after renewing it, but I am having trouble activating the OTGS Installer. I have added my site to the allowed list but still can't find a way to install my license key.

Symptoms:
OTGS Installer can't activate.

How can I activate the OTGS Installer after renewing WPML?
What steps should I follow to install my license key for WPML?

OTGS Installer plugin can't be activated after installing WPML on the site, this is the expected behavior.

To update the WPML plugins, you must go to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab. There you can search for the latest version of the WPML plugins and updated them 🙂

I try but refresh account and I have account dont send me anywhere, on plugins allready instaled but not update register send me to my account and i cant resolve anything

Please follow these steps:
- Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ -> Remove your site
- Go to your site's backend -> Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab -> Click on 'Unregister WPML from this site'
- Click on the link that appears right below the field to enter the new registration key. This will take you back to your wpml.org account, where you will be able to generate a new registration key
- Paste the new registration key in Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab
