Background of the issue:
I have purchased a WPML plan to manage multiple languages on my website, hidden link. I also have an active subscription with DeepL (hidden link) and want to use my DeepL credits for translating content through WPML.

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support. We do not have such a service. The DeepL translation Engine that we offer is part of the WPML Automatic translation package and we handle the account on our side.

WPML does not support connection to individual DeepL accounts purchased separately.
